#tgifc359 – sweet as a peach…

02.11.2022…..Happy Friday, my stampin’ friends! It’s already time for another TGIF Challenge! This week we have a Sketch Challenge! We think it’s a fun one and can’t wait to see what kind of a spin you put on it! Hope you have a chance to play along with us this week!

For this card, I started with Basic White Thick Cardstock, embossed it with the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder, and adhered it to a Balmy Blue Cardstock base. Next, I added two strips of You’re A Peach Designer Series Paper (layering the wider strip on top of the narrow strip), and popped them up with a few Stampin’ Dimensionals.

To create the two tags, I used the Tailor Made Tags Dies, along with the Basic White Thick Cardstock, and Pansy Petals Designer Series Paper. I also popped them up with a few more Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I heat-embossed the sentiment (from the Sweet as Peach Stamp Set), using my Versamark Pad and Copper Stampin’ Emboss Powder, and cut it out with one of the Layering Circles Dies. I used the Layering Circles Dies again to cut out a Balmy Blue Cardstock scalloped circles, and layered it underneath the sentiment.

To create the bow, I used Whisper White Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon. I colored the ribbon with my Dark Balmy Blue Stampin’ Blends Marker, then cut the ribbon in half lengthwise before I created the bow. For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on Artistry Blooms Adhesive-Backed Sequins.

Wishing you creativity always,
