artisan design team – june 2026 – velvet meadow suite..

06.2.2026…..Happy Saturday, my stampin’ friends! I’m so excited to share my June 2026 Artisan Design Team projects, featuring the beautiful Velvet Meadow Suite! It is such a wonderful suite of products….and just perfect for so many celebrations and projects!

For the card on the left, I used the Velvet Meadow DSP and the Velveteen Assortment Paper to create a little pocket. I then created a tag, accented with a bit of DSP and a bow. For the second card, I used the Velvet Meadow DSP, along with the Scalloped Blooms Dies, to add some fun layering. I then added several leaves (using different papers and colors). I hope these cards inspire you to create some colorful projects with this suite!

We are also having a Velvet Meadow Suite hop over Instagram. Be sure to follow along with all our amazing artisans on today’s hop. There is lots of inspiration in store for you! You won’t want to miss a single project!

For this card, I started with some Basic White Thick Cardstock, embossed it with the Lazy Daisy 3D Embossing Folder, and adhered it to a Berry Burst Cardstock base. Next, I cut out some Velvet Meadow DSP, layered some Basic White Thick Cardstock underneath, and used Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the entire panel to the card base.

To create the pocket, I tore the top edges of some Velvet Meadow DSP and Bubble Bath Velveteen Paper, layered them together, and used Tear & Tape Adhesive to adhere them to the card base (leaving the top of the pocket open so that I could add the tag inside).

The sentiment was heat-embossed on Basic White Thick Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and Gold Embossing Powder. I cut out the Peaceful Pine leaves from the Velveteen Assortment Paper. The little flowers were cut out from Basic White Thick Cardstock, and then colored with the Bubble Bath Stampin’ Blends Markers Combo Pack. I also sprinkled on a few of the Dreamy Flowers embellishments.

I cut out the tag from Basic White Thick Cardstock, and added two narrow strips of Velvet Meadow DSP (layered together) across the top of the tag. I also added a bow, using Linen Thread and Bubble Bath 1/8″ Linen Ribbon.

For the second card, I embossed some Cloud Cover Cardstock with the Lazy Daisy 3D Embossing Folder, and adhered it to a Cloud Cover Cardstock base. Next, I cut out some Velvet Meadow DSP, layered some Basic White Thick Cardstock underneath, and used Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the entire panel to the card base.

I used the Scalloped Blooms Dies to cut out two of scalloped circles from the Velvet Meadow DSP, and a third scalloped circle from Basic White Thick Cardstock. To create the leaves, I used a Blending Brush to add Peaceful Pine to Basic White Thick Cardstock, then cut out several of the leave. I also cut out a few leaves from a Gold Foil Sheet.

The sentiment was heat-embossed on Basic White Thick Cardstock, using Gold Embossing Powder. I also added a strip of Velvet Meadow DSP underneath the sentiment. To create the bow, I used Peaceful Pine 3/8″ Bordered Ribbon (cut in half lengthwise). I then sprinkled on a few of the Dreamy Flowers embellishments.

Wishing you creativity always,
