12.13.2019…..Wow!  I just can’t believe that Christmas Day is less than two weeks away!  It’s been a “flurry” of activity this month….from holiday parties, shopping ’til I drop, work, and just spending some quality time with friends and family.  That being said, I didn’t want to miss a chance to create another card with the Wrapped In Plaid Suite from the 2019 Holiday Catalog.  This catalog will soon be expiring on January 2, 2020.  So…..if you have not ordered all of your favs from this catalog, you’ll want to place your order as soon as possible!

11.24.19…..Happy Sunday, everyone! November has almost come to a close, and Christmas is just around the corner! And…..it’s already time for another Stamping Sunday Blog Hop! For this Sunday’s hop, we are featuring the Night Before Christmas Suite from the 2019 Holiday Catalog.

This is such a fun, festive suite, and I love that it not only includes stamps, dies, and Designer Series Paper, but a Memories & More Card Pack as well. That being said, for today’s projects, I decided to focus on the Night Before Chrismas Memories & More Card Pack, and then added in some little sentiments from the Well Said stamp set. The four little 3″ x 3″ cards that I created fit just perfectly inside the Gold Mini Pizza Box. (If you wish, you can also include some 3″ x 3″ envelopes inside the box as well. I’ve also included complete instructions underneath each project, so you can scroll right to the project that suits your fancy and start creating!

11.22.19…..Happy Friday, my stampin’ friends!  It’s already time for another TGIF Challenge! This week, we have a Product Spotlight Challenge for you…..Dry Embossed Vellum.  As luck would have it, I’m obsessed with embossing folders, so I was super excited for this challenge!  I hope you have a chance to play along with us this week, over at TGIF Challenges.  We would love to see what you create!

For this week’s card, I started with a piece of Whisper White Cardstock, and embossed it with the Woodland Embossing Folder.  Underneath, I layered a another piece of Whisper White Cardstock and then used a few Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the entire panel to a Whisper White Thick Cardstock base.  I then used a bit of Perennial Essence Vellum  Cardstock (in Petal Pink) along with the Winter Knit 3D Embossing Folder, and also tore one edge of the vellum.

11.17.19…..Hi everyone!  I just returned from the Stampin’ Up! Onstage event (#onstage2019) in Las Vegas, which was absolutely amazing! (More to follow on that…)  And…..this is a much different post than my usual weekly post, but it’s super exciting, to say the least!  I was selected to be one of the 16 members of the 2020 Stampin’ Up Artisan Design Team, from around the world!

Above is the gorgeous, personalized memento that all the Artisan Design Team Members were awarded which included a Welcome letter, a beautiful engraved bracelet from Tiffany’s and a personalized Artisan Design Team stamp.

Back on August 12th at 12:25 p.m., I received a call from Natalie White, along with Cindy Schuster and Melody Hyde (all from the Stampin’ Up! corporate office in Riverton, UT), letting me know that I had been selected for the 2020 Artisan Design Team.  Along with  my speechlessness, complete shock, and happy tears, I was beyond ecstatic!!!  However…..I had to keep it a secret until it was announced at Onstage this weekend (…that was the hard part!).

Starting in January, I will be participating in a monthly Artisan Design Team blog hop, which will showcase products and projects from our catalogs.  My work will also be featured on the corporate Facebook page and Instagram account as well.

With all of that being said, I am incredibly humbled and honored to be a part of this amazingly talented team, and am looking forward to sharing this journey with all of you during the coming year.  Thank you to Stampin’ Up! for giving me the opportunity of a lifetime!  I’m over the moon!
