11.12.17… It’s always nice to make someone feel special, and just let them know that your thinking of them. Sending someone a handmade card is such a wonderful way to do just that!
I used the NEW Garden Trellis Embossing folder, the May Flower Framelits, and the Window Shopping Stamp set from Stampin’ Up to create this delightful card. I also added in some of the NEW Wood Textures Designer Paper, and I couldn’t forget to include some Rhinestone and Pearl Basic Jewels.
07.16.17… I love, love, love the NEW “Happiest of Days” stamp set from Stampin’ Up! I used the Oh Happy Day sentiment from that set, heat embossed the words, and then….cut them out individually.

07.16.17… Friends and flowers are always a great combo! Once again, I’m using Lemon Lime Twist cardstock, which is one of the new In-Colors from Stampin’ Up. I love the contrast it creates on this card! With new Wood Textures Designer Paper from Stampin’ Up, and the flowers stamped with the Falling Flowers set, and then, of course….the May Flowers Framelits set that I used to die cut the flowers and leaves. Oh, and of course I added a few Rhinestone Basic Jewels to add a little bling!
02.12.17… Blow out the candles…and make a wish! Anytime is a good time to create a birthday card! And…even if you don’t have a need for a birthday card at the moment, it’s always nice to have a few on hand! I made three cards with the same layout and elements, but just switched up the color combos slightly. I also used “Wink of Stella” on the candles, which adds a nice shimmer to the card. (Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to capture the effect in my photos.)
It’s official! I’m a published Guest Artist in the Stampers’ Sampler Winter 2017 issue! I’ve had several cards published in Stampers’ Sampler and Take Ten over the past couple of years, which was super exciting! However, being selected as a Guest Artist has been the “icing on the cake”! Stampers’ Sampler and Take Ten are both wonderful sources of inspiration for me, and I love that each issue is jam packed with amazing creations, projects, and ideas!
