So….today, I decided to create a card with the coordinating bundle…the Christmas Season Bundle. Both bundles are part of the gorgeous Painted Christmas Suite. The traditional holiday colors in are absolutely beautiful, but I thought I would be fun to use some unexpected colors…Coastal Cabana, Soft Sea Foam and Gray Granite! 08.30.21…..Happy Monday, everyone! Today, I wanted to share a card that I created for this month’s Stampin’ Fancy Friday challenge! It is a “Fancy Florals” Challenge, so all of our team members created projects with our favorite Stampin’ Up! floral stamp sets and dies.

There were so many wonderful products to choose from, but I finally decided to go with the Pierced Bloom Dies to create this card. I die cut the flowers and leaves from Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper, and used my Water Painter to add subtle washes Coastal Cabana, Balmy Blue, and Soft Sea Foam.

07.25.2021…..Happy Tuesday, everyone! I’m so excited to share my August monthly showcase projects for the Stampin’ Up! 2021 Artisan Design Team! For this month’s projects, I was asked to use products from the Evergreen Elegance Bundle (Evergreen Elegance Stamp Set + Evergreen Border Punch), from the Stampin’ Up! 2021-2022 Annual Catalog, and…the Whimsy and Wonder Designer Series Paper, from the Stampin’ Up! August – December Mini Catalog. Hope this inspires you to create some cards or projects with this wonderful products!

There have also been a few changes to the way the Artisan Design Team is sharing projects this year. The team has been divided into three groups, and each group is assigned a different collection of products to create with. This means an even greater variety of projects and inspiration. And…instead of the monthly blog hops, the team will have a greater presence on the Stampin’ Up! Corporate Facebook Page and their Instagram account as well.

08.01.21…..Happy Sunday, everyone! Today I decided to do something that I really enjoy, but haven’t done in awhile! I pulled out my little baskets of scraps and unused elements, and…decided to create a card with what I found inside! Even the card base was a leftover from a previous project I was working on. The only “new” elements that I added to my card were the little gems and pearls. Hope this card inspires you to dig through your treasure trove of scraps, and create something new and unexpected!
