01.14.2022…..Happy Monday, my stampin’ friends! Today, I wanted to share a card that I created for this month’s Stampin’ Fancy Friday challenge! It is a “birthday” challenge! And…..you can never have too many birthday cards on hand, so I was super excited about this challenge!

I love using a Water Painter to add quick washes of color to simple images that I’ve stamped with a Tuxedo Black Memento Pad. The Driving By Stamp Set (from the current Sale-A-Bration catalog) is just perfect for that. For a little unexpected twist, I used Polished Pink, Fresh Freesia, and Bermuda Bay to color those cute, little VW busses.

12.31.2021…..Happy Friday, my stampin’ friends! It’s already time for another TGIF Challenge! So here we are, wrapping up another year, bringing a calendar year to a close. How appropriate then is this week’s challenge…it’s all about CLOSURE! Just add a closure to your card, using…ribbon, a belly band, a fancy flap, or whatever suits your fancy!

12.17.2021…..Happy Friday, my stampin’ friends! I’m so excited to share my December monthly showcase projects for the Stampin’ Up! 2021 Artisan Design Team! For this month’s projects, I was asked to use products from the fabulous Bloom Where You are Planted Suite from the Stampin’ Up! 2021-2022 Annual Catalog! Hope this inspires you to create some wonderful cards or projects with these amazing products!

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but this is also the last blog post for the 2021 Stampin’ Up! Artisan Design Team. Spending this year creating projects side-by-side with this amazingly talented group of designers has been nothing short of spectacular! The year has just gone by in the blink of an eye, and I think I’m still in denial that it is coming to an end. I will sooooooo miss this being part of this dream team!!! Love you all!!!

12.13.2021…..Happy Monday, my stampin’ friends! The Peaceful Place Specialty Designer Series Paper is one of my favorites from the current Stampin’ Up! July – December Mini Catalog! So…I just had to create another card with it! I also thought it would be fun to give this card a “farmhouse” Christmas vibe, so I added some snowflakes that I created with the Stitched Snowflake Dies and In Good Taste Designer Series Paper. Hope this card inspires you to pull out your holiday DSP collection, and create a few more last minute cards!

12.11.2021…..Happy Saturday, my stampin’ friends! So last night, I got to join the ever so fabulous @stampwithbrenda for her downline meeting! Thank you so much for inviting me, Brenda! Soooooo much fun!!! Can’t wait to do it again!

That being said, we had a fun time creating “Tammy bows”, and then each of her downline added one of them to a super cute Mini Paper Pumpkin Box that Brenda designed! Well, I absolutely loved Brenda’s design, so….I just had to CASE it! Hope this project inspires you to CASE one of your favoriate projects, as well!
